1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Deenly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Deenly provides prayer times, daily verse content, and Quran-related Q&A features for educational and spiritual support purposes.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid features are offered through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions.
4. Permitted Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
5. Content Disclaimer
Quran-related guidance is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified religious scholars or legal/medical professionals.
6. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability or comply with legal requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deenly is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
